Another industry first! This fully adjustable press brake works in your 20 ton shop press (not included, about $130). Simply load in a pre-cut gusset (easy to cut by hand), and this press brake will bend them to 180 degrees for you. The adjustable backstop makes the parts come out symmetrical and even, every time. This unit even has room to press gussets with dimple work done to them. Dies are exchangeable. Shop presses can be converted to air/hydraulic. This is a brand new item, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. 180 degrees is gross, the material will springback some. It is easy to clamp down the gussets when welding to compensate for spring back. Pre-pressed gussets sell for $20+ elsewhere, and you can make them for about $1.75 each with this tool!
