M645 Mil Spec Tubing Bender in Travel Cases

This is our M645 Tubing Bender Package. This was developed specifically for industrial and military operations that demand the toughest and most environmentally durable products available. Image shown is of a similar product. This product is protected by US Patent No. 11529663.

Specifications:

Machine, hydraulics, spare parts, dies, and all manuals fit into (4) IP65 rated aluminum cases. These cases average 125 lbs loaded, so they are approved for ground shipping within the US (and to most international destinations) without oversize or overweight charges on carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Machine maximum capacity is 2″ Solid steel round bar. This machine will also bend up to 3/8″ wall Sandvik 2507 Duplex Stainless steel on every die. Every die in this well-optioned package includes our billet spacers and a total of (4) clamping blocks per die size for the ultimate capacity/capability/flexibility. Dies included are the following:

• 1.50″ Diameter x 6.00″ CLR (Center Line bend Radius)
• 1.25″ Diameter x 6.00″ CLR
• 1.00″ Diameter x 4.50″ CLR
• .875″ Diameter x 3.50″ CLR
• .750″ Diameter x 3.50″ CLR

The die expansion package includes the following dies in an additional IP65 rated aluminum case:

• 2.00″ Diameter x 6.00″ CLR (Center Line bend Radius)
• 1.75″ Diameter x 6.00″ CLR
• 1.00″ Square Tube x 4.50″ CLR
• .50″ Diameter x 3.50″ CLR
• .50″ Square x 3.50″ CLR

Environmental testing will be carried out to mil 810H and a description of test results will be summarized within this listing. This product is available for purchase by civilians.
