The VersaNotcher is a PATENT PENDING tubing notcher and pipe notching machine can make cuts and holes at angles up to 225 degrees. There are quick-release cam locks for fast precision adjustment. No assembly is required. This tube notcher mounts easily in a bench vise. We normally keep these in stock and ship them within 1-3 business days.
The patented UltraNotcher is our latest development in tube notching systems, in a package that fits in your fabrication shop. This machine has quad-pivot technology for unparalleled adjustability when notching odd shaped material or notching on bends (quad pivot is 2 pivot axes each with top and bottom pivots). This is the easiest system to use for making curved gusset notches. With a massive capacity of 3 5/8″ OD tubing and an overall angle adjustment range of over 235 degrees… Nothing else comes close! This entire product is either zinc plated or stainless! There is NO raw steel on it! This machine is huge compared to the VersaNotcher. The tubing in the photos is 2″ OD and the hole saw is a 1.75″ diameter x 3″ deep saw (for scale).
We have shipped our first batch of these in April 2023. Orders placed after 4-25-2023 will be shipping no later than May 31, 2023.

Similar Product Warning – Another company makes a notcher extremely similar to the VersaNotcher (identical bearing block design and adjustment, vise jaw shape and orientation identical, etc). This product was partially reverse-engineered from a VersaNotcher purchased from us by that company.
